Overview

* Limited calf mobility (no bouncing/running) * Can perform: sled push/pull, assault bike, controlled dynamic motion * Strength tools: Nordic curls, soleus raises, slant board (forward/back), sissy squats (machine), tibialis curls * Boxing uses a number system (odd = left, even = right) * All boxing rounds: 3 min work / 1 min rest Weekly Format: * Day 1 (Tuesday): Boxing Fundamentals + Posterior Chain * Day 2 (Thursday ): Boxing Application + Anterior Chain + Control
